By 2030, more than 650 million people in Asia will be age 65 or older, accounting for over 60% of the global older-adult population. Countries including Thailand, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates have identified medical wellness tourism as a priority sector. Yet many newly built wellness resorts and community care centers lack specialized biomedical engineering teams, leading to high equipment idle time and slow response to technical issues.

Expansion Area One: Turnkey AI Rehabilitation Equipment Packages for Wellness Resorts

Lilekang International is introducing a wellness resort equipment package that includes a contactless sleep-monitoring mat that captures heart rate, respiration, and bed-exit data without wearables, priced by room count; an outdoor AI-assisted walking exoskeleton with GPS and fall detection, with a response time of less than 200 milliseconds, priced by use; and a mobile telehealth kiosk that occupies less than 1.5 square meters, integrates multiple diagnostic tools, and provides health guidance within 15 minutes. The company has signed letters of intent with three upscale wellness resorts in Phuket, Thailand, and Bali, Indonesia.

Expansion Area Two: Lightweight Rental Solutions for Community Care Centers

To address limited staffing and basic equipment at community centers, Lilekang International is offering an AI-powered early cognitive screening tablet system with a game-based interface that completes testing in 15 minutes and is priced per screening; a 4.5-kilogram portable multi-parameter clinical kit with an ECG unit and ultrasound probe, offered at a fixed monthly rental rate; and smart pillboxes with medication-adherence monitoring that automatically send reminder texts and generate monthly reports. The first pilots will launch at 15 community centers in Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

A New Operating Model: Moving from Time-Based Fees to Pay-for-Outcomes

In addition to conventional fixed-rent models, Lilekang International is introducing a pay-for-outcomes model in which rental income is directly tied to measurable clinical or operational benefits. In selected innovation projects, the company will pilot an outcome-sharing model: both parties agree on baseline metrics, and when equipment use produces measurable improvement, Lilekang receives an agreed share of the incremental economic value created. If results fall short of expectations, Lilekang will reduce the corresponding rental fees.

Three-Year Growth Roadmap

Phase One, October 2026 through March 2027: complete pilots at five hospitals, three wellness resorts, and five community care centers across Asia. Phase Two, April through December 2027: replicate the model in markets including Japan, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates, expanding the partner network to 25 organizations. Phase Three, 2028: expand into Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, reaching 50 partners.
